The way LA Knight was dismantled on Monday Night RAW left WWE fans wondering if he has a future in the company.

It was eerily reminiscent of when Ricochet and Dean Ambrose left WWE and they were brutally beaten to put someone else over on their way out.

Knight was torn apart by The Vision with Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Logan Paul all decimating The Megastar before finally Reed hit Knight with a Tsunami on top of a car.

Knight signed a new deal with WWE just last year

Well, fans need not worry. In an update on Knight’s future, sources indicated to Bodyslam.net that he is expected to well positioned to have a much stronger year in 2026.

WWE intend to use him as a top babyface and he will remain a thorn in the side of the company’s dominant group – The Vision.

The company is said to be well aware of his popularity and the reactions he gets. They now have plans to take a long-term approach with his push.

One might argue it’s already been a slow and sometimes steady road with his push.

Many felt Knight was ripe to win Money in the Bank when they held it in London back in 2023, but Damien Priest ended up getting that honour.

Bronson Reed and The Vision put a bad beating on Knight

Knight, who turned 43 last month, will need to win the belt sooner rather than later given not only his miles on the proverbial clock, but just so fans don’t lose interest.

His popularity has sustained remarkably well, but the more WWE dangle the carrot without actually giving him the gold, the more you run the risk of another Dolph Ziggler-type fumble when he was at his apex.

Knight signed a brand-new long-term deal to stay with WWE just last year, so there was never any chance that this was going to signal the end of his WWE tenure.
