Jacob Fatu was taken off WWE TV in mid-October and it appears his return will be sooner rather than later.
Originally, Fatu was going to be figured into the Survivor Series plans with a spot in the men’s War Games match.
However, dental surgery put the Samoan Werewolf on the sidelines and out of contention.

Add in Seth Rollins’ injury too and the landscape had to change radically.
According to PWInsider.com, there was talk backstage at WWE Survivor Series that Fatu is close to returning and being written into WWE storylines.
One source believes Fatu could be back on the road within the next few weeks as we approach Netflix’s one-year anniversary and Royal Rumble season, but an exact date has not been given.
Fatu is undoubtedly one of WWE’s brightest stars and main event talents of tomorrow.

After a banner debut year on the main roster, the 33-year-old seems primed for the world title picture and big time matchups.
However, coming out of War Games, everyone seems to expect that Roman Reigns or Bron Breakker will win the Royal Rumble.
Breakker does have a world title match up on January 5, 2026 for the Netflix anniversary show, so he may well be out the picture by then.
